Had to stop looking and start cooking.

I've acquired 5 grills in the last 4 months so I figured it was time to stop looking and start cooking!
Plus I need practice with my new SnS so I thought I'd give the reverse sear a go.
New York strips with sautéed mushrooms and onions. Red potatoes with grilled romaine and some leftover wings for an app.

Once again the SnS worked as advertised. Great steaks.
Back to looking!

Grilled salad is the best! Grilled Romaine, grilled tomatoes, grilled roasted peppers and raw onion with home made Italian dressing!! Yum!
