Beautiful cook, and I love the yellow!
Multiple kettles and WSM's. I am not a collector, just a gatherer... and a sick bastard.

I missed 2018, but here's my 2019 cook for George's birthday.

Beef short ribs and baked potatoes on the Ranger using an internal ash pan, SnS+, elevated half grate, and BGE half-moon drip pan.  I was woefully optimistic on the amount of KJ Big Block lump I started with, and had to refuel about 4 hours in.  I smoked at around 275-300F with hickory and monitored with an iGrill2 and pulled them off at an IT of 203F which took about 6.5 hours.

I also received a package today, a patent pending Brave in really nice shape.  More pics to follow, but I totally forgot my George Stephens birthday cook in 2017 was done on my former Brave which I passed on to InkAddictedChef.  Pretty cool to take possession of another one on a special day.

Happy Birthday, George.

Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill
