Warm snap in the LOU!

Unseasonably warm here in St. Louis so naturally I had to take advantage.  Fires up the 26 and doing some jerk wings low and slow for the fights tonight.  Buddy also picked up some marinated steak tips from the butcher so we'll be doing a reverse seat on the old 22.  Can't wait for spring!

Looking good! I started my day in St Chaz with huevos veracruz, Weber style, on the Performer and bookended it with some trimmed spare ribs on the 26'er. Now it's time for a frosty cold one from our friends off of Pestalozzi Street in front of the fire pit.
