Looks great. Are those mussels? I haven't done those but I bet they would be great in the kettle.

Yes, they are Hoosier! We love mussels and the grill gives them a little more flavor.

Great cook @phillyc0wb0y!  How did you cook the mussels?  I was thinking about doing something tonight or this weekend.

These are pre-cooked and half shelled. I just seasoned and put on the grill frozen but the little bit of time that they are on the grill they absorb plenty of flavor from the coals. I used RO Lump.
