Ribs tonight

Haven't been able to fire the grill up since the first of January. Hate when life gets in the way of putting meat to fire.

Tonight's cook is some baby backs and pit beans.

Before going on the grill...

Lets just say I have acquired a few Kettles.  Big and small.   Vintage and New...  Some say I have a problem.  I find the Kettle, buy the Kettle, USE the Kettle...No problem...
