I decided what better way to break in my red backwards K then some Santa Maria Tri-tip. Used Santa Maria BBQ salt and cooked over Coshell with some apple wood for flavor. I see sandwiches in my near future. A side of my favorite, creamed corn and a crown royal Apple coke and I was in heaven.
