Fire ban days are a common reality in Adelaide, South Australia. This means that if you want to grill, you have to use gas. No point warming up the house by cooking inside....

The WeberQ is a must

We have had a Q200 for about 10 years. We bought it to keep in our camper and used it regularly for a few years. When we sold the camper we kept the Q.
We gave my parents a Q320 for Christmas one year. The second burner on the big Q really makes it versatile.
They are light weight, rust proof, easy to clean, fast heating, and fuel efficient.

Yep, I'll give another vote for the Q320. Great grill. I use mine regularly for searing off sous vide steaks!

I agree. I have a real old really well used Q200 I picked up on craigslist. The guy said he used it everyday. Full of gunk! I took it home scraped out the bottom and top. Used a needle to clean all the holes in the burner. Before I cleaned the burner it only got to 200-300 degrees. After it hits 600 in five minutes. Its the only gasser I own. Only thing missing when I bought it was the flip out trays. Were those an option on earlier models?

Cheers

My Baby Q (renamed the Q 100 and now Q 1000) I bought new when they first were introduced in 2004.  No side shelves available as an option that year. A year or two later Weber introduced them with side shelves.  It took me several months of trying but I was finally able to buy the shelves from WCS and add them to my Baby Q.

I love my two q's.  q100 and a q2000....both acquired for free.  They heat up quickly, easy to cook on, super easy to clean.
