Cleaning out the freezer
« on: January 25, 2017, 03:18:48 PM »
Been on vacation from work this week and decided to clean out the freezer.  Had about a half of a pork loin left over and decided on chops.  Went with a balsamic maple marinade and glaze for these.  Never tried this particular recipe before so we'll see how it turns out.  Also found a pre packaged and marinated petite beef filet, I think it's from Sams Club.  Not bad for a little freezer digging [emoji16]

Yeah Travis!  Found a 8 lb turkey breast in there too.  Probably gonna fire that up on the roti tomorrow.
