I do 35-40 minutes.  Vents wide open.  Full chimney of kbb then top off the vortex with unlit and let them all get going.

Wings look great!

Indirect high heat chicken wings with a vortex or charcoal baskets are better than anything you get at a restaurant.  Nice work!

thanks and you're right. I never order wings while out. Rather smoke them myself.

Looks awesome, love me some vortex wings!
I went wild wings the other day, and the whole time I was thinking, man these wings SUCK compared to what I do at home

Agree that BW wings suck but I really like their sauces. Mango Habanero is awesome.

Love their normal buffalo hot sauce. It's smoking hot spice wise.

Great tool to have in the tool belt. Wings look great! They are one of my favorites to cook with the Vortex. Can't be beat! Try bone-in pork chops sometime. Awesome!
Multiple kettles and WSM's. I am not a collector, just a gatherer... and a sick bastard.

I sure will. Used it indirect today for some beef stout pepper. It's very useful Had to leave for two hours and my temp only dropped 3 degrees
