Wangs and Baked Potatos Using Charcoal Baskets and The Upper Deck

Heaped the charcoal baskets,  got them going and spread them apart.  Then lined the Charcoal Grate between the baskets with foil to catch chicken fat drippings.

Next line up the chicken over the foil,  then place the Upper Deck and load the rest.
