Little baby back action today on my copper kettle. First time back home in a month to cook on her.

Go for it man. Just remember baby backs cook quicker than spares. Typically 4 hour ish. For the longest all I cooked was spares , but now baby backs are definitely my favorite.

have you tried the baby back marinade from Myron Mixon ? Didn't have time to do these , plus all my ingredients were at my out of town work apartment. First time in a long time I didn't , and while these were delicious,  they wasn't as juicy and flavorful as when I marinate them. You can really tell when you bite into the thickest  , meatiest part of the slab .
