What do you guys think.  I cooking two racks of spareribs on my stacker New Years Day.  Should I use KBB or Stubbs?

I tried using Stubbs after a lot of guys suggested it here and I will say it does produce a lot less smoke as it ignites. I've started using it for smoking and kbb for grilling. Ash wise, it might be a little less but I haven't really paid much attention.

Stubbs produces less ash and smoke than KBB but also less heat, in my opinion.
