What's up boys. Hope everyone had a great Christmas and hope ya'll have a nice New Year. Call a cab or friend if ya'll need a ride!
Ok. nuff' of the safety speech.
We got back yesterday from Memphis visiting my sis so today while my oldest daughter left to go to her dad's for the weekend and my bride is working, me and my youngest are unpacking, running around, blah, blah, blah.
Stopped at the store and picked up a couple porterhouse porkchops and corn on the cob.
I fired up the freckled N code redhead for this cook and hung outside while little bit watched a movie inside.
Here's some picks...

Little bit hanging out watching her movie why I'm firing the grill. Why do we love sitting in baskets as kids? Lol

My freckled redhead. Ain't she purty!

@zavod44 handles dress her up nicely

And I have to give thanks to @Cellar2ful for talking up the thermopen in other threads. I bombarded my bride with hints and received one for Christmas. This really is a great investment for us. Thanks Jim.

The rest

Yep, I actually staged it for the picture.

I'm not the best at plating, but oh well. It's all good.

Quick and easy for me and my bud.

Have a good one fella's!

That's awesome Travis! Great cook and I bet a fun time with your buddy. What I've noticed this past year is how easily kids are amused at the simple things in life. We forget that sometimes. Love the red kettle and that handle...sets it off. And never enough on the safety talk! Please don't drink and drive fellas. I can't tell you how many calls I've answered at 2 am to get a friend in need. Glad to do it too.
