I thought that might throw you. Sure looks like yams, and of course it's an SSP. It's butternut squash. Cut into one inch cubes, tossed with EVOO, S&P and grilled for 40 mins or so - the first 30 indirect then charred over the coals 5 mins a side, give or take. Finished with a dollop or two of whole milk ricotta cheese, fresh minced sage and toasted pine nuts. Very good. This will be in the rotation again. Would be great with smoked turkey - maybe again at Christmas?

I think I know the last picture but someone smarter will have to take a stab at what's being fried and what's wrapped in the second. It does look great.

My guess:

Some type of chicken being fried.

Bacon wrapped smokies.

Onion and raspberries

@1buckie my guess is some kind of pork tenderloin,maybe, in a bad ass wok on a blue 22, turds on a 22, and onion n raspberry mix.
@Kneab fattie on a black 22
@Old Dave homemade pies and tater halves on a performer and some kind of homemade bread on a 22. What I need along with everyone else here Dave, is an invitation for a cookout! You cook up some fine grub! Hell everyone's on point with these cooks.
