Do you get anxious when planning an important cook?

I usually start planning for big cooks months in advance by doing a bunch of test cook ups. Perfect the method and recipe before the event so that way I can have a minimum of surprises on the big day. And don't deviate from the plan! Don't get a bright idea on the day of the cook and try something new.

I'll go with no. I don't get nervous on planned cooks. I get nervous when the wife says "I need you to do food for 35 tonight"
