A quick cook up this evening. I'm finishing up midnights tonight (thank goodness), so nothing fancy, but I was inspired by
@Jason and his pollo Asada tacos the other day so I decided to make some grilled tilapia tacos.
Here's some pics!
The ingredients.
I used my bride's homemade Cajun seasoning for the fish.
Used about 3/4 of a basket full of kbb do the cook.
Fish down. I can't believe I forgot to take a shot of lil' red as she's turning. I was making a sriracha aoli while the fish were cooking. Man, I do love watching these reds turn though. Very cool.
I normally like to post a pic of the beer I'm drinking for the cook in a nice frosty mug, but being on nights, this is my drink of choice tonight. A little "wake up" juice.
Your basic sriracha aoli. Mixed to taste.
And the results. Very nice and quick. Thanks for the inspiration, J!
Have a good one fella's!
