A quick cook up this evening. I'm finishing up midnights tonight (thank goodness), so nothing fancy, but I was inspired by @Jason and his pollo Asada tacos the other day so I decided to make some grilled tilapia tacos.
Here's some pics!

The ingredients.

I used my bride's homemade Cajun seasoning for the fish.

Used about 3/4 of a basket full of kbb do the cook.

Fish down. I can't believe I forgot to take a shot of lil' red as she's turning. I was making a sriracha aoli while the fish were cooking. Man, I do love watching these reds turn though. Very cool.

I normally like to post a pic of the beer I'm drinking for the cook in a nice frosty mug, but being on nights, this is my drink of choice tonight. A little "wake up" juice.

Your basic sriracha aoli. Mixed to taste.

And the results. Very nice and quick. Thanks for the inspiration, J!

Have a good one fella's!

My family loves fish tacos! I like how you put yours together. Being from Louisiana we use fried trout filets and homemade tartar sauce. Nice meal!

Nice choice of ingredients for your tacos Travis, they look delicious! One of your pics reminds me, I need to find a decent sized fish turner.
