I know I'm not alone when it comes to cooking ahead on the weekends. I was just wondering what are some of the things y'all do? Tomorrow I'm planning on a rotisserie chicken that'll get split up into chicken enchiladas one night and a chicken rotini pasta dish the wife cooks another. While its spinning in one grill I'm also going to be smoking some pork steak, brats and burgers in another grill. I'll pull the pork steaks before they're done and finish them in some rice in the big 17 inch skillet in another grill. The brats will be for lunch, burgers tomorrow night for the finale of The Walking Dead, and the pork steak rice dish for Monday night.

While not a ton of additional info, he started a thread on it here - http://weberkettleclub.com/forums/grilling-bbqing/how-i-use-my-gasser/
I've always had gas...  And now a bunch of kettles because of this place.  Thanks!
