Cowboy Steaks at Sam's

Stopped in Sam's yesterday and saw these beauties!
The Club Manager just happened to be in the area and we started chit-chatting for a bit. He said they're a seasonal item and they only have them once a year, for the 3-day Labor Day weekend.
I also picked these up:
Beef; it's what's for dinner. Will post pics when done.

Lets just say I have acquired a few Kettles. Big and small. Vintage and New... Some say I have a problem. I find the Kettle, buy the Kettle, USE the Kettle...No problem...

Done:
Smoke roasted and reverse-seared to a perfect medium rare; my formerly cast iron stomach can't handle the blue anymore....

I like them a LOT, only "downside" is that they add a considerably amount of weight to the grill and is quite noticeable when moving the kettle
