Move to the head of the class, directly to the head of the class.   Great looking dinner.   Did you like the ribs with sauce or the ribs without sauce the best ?

Honestly both were great, just the rub had great flavor but the sauce added to the whole thing.

Another cook tonight,

London broil with squash and zucchini.

This was my buddy cooking, I just supplied the grill. Also used Kingsford lump briquettes for this tonight.

My stomach literally just growled looking at these pictures.  I wish I had some meat. I'd swear I'd fire up the grill right now.

Got the parts to finish my 18 OTG midget. Also have the grate for my SJP and picked up a freebie today!

Wife isn't amused, but it's mainly a sport to give me a hard time for my eclectic  collections.  She loves that I have so much passion for so many things.

I now have a Q120! It needs some cleaning and it'll likely live at my Mother Inlaw's until she gets a real gasser.

Wow! Just caught up on this thread from the beginning. Welcome from Northeast Ohio and thank you for your service. Weberitis is in full affect and looks like you have a grate collection going. I love the red SSP performer and the copper SJ. Looking forward to hearing more RRR stories.

Well here is my Q120 I picked up for free on Saturday.

Did a full disassembly and cleanup. I'm going to need a new grate since the original is rusted pretty badly.

This one will temp live at my Mother Inlaw's until she gets her "Real" gas grill.... it'll be a Weber.

Cooked on the Outrider today. London broil with asparagus and squash. Meal turned out good, I used a charcoal basket with all vents open.

Seasoned the meat with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder and dried oregano.

Squash seasoned by my buddy with some McCormick choice and asparagus with olive oil, salt and pepper.

I like this grill and the size it brings to the table.  My 18 OTG midget will likely live at my buddies house cause he is thinking of getting a kettle.  We will see how he likes this one.

Very nice plateUP.   That's exactly the 18r I've been looking for to keep in the RV.

Rollercoaster of a weekend...

1st @Neil_VT00  brings to my attention a 22" copper kettle... unfortunately it sold before I got to it. (one dang night I don't do my ritual weber search in my local area!)

It was a disheartening blow, but.... the upside.... Now I am in line for a Weber Chill. Should be picking up Monday.

Seller states it works which is awesome and no damage visible!

Definitely going to have to remove the Giants sticker though....

Also fostering my midget to a buddy of mine.

Haven't seen a midget I wasn't immediately envious if on here. Nice!

Have a new addition to my obsession.

No shelves but I may just make them myself unless I can find some....

Good looking chill! Have you plugged it in to see if it still gets cold?
