Had to give the Homer a chance to do some work today. Just because. Doing some jerk wings. Will update with pics as I move along.

@Wahoo95 I used Grace today. I prefer Walker's Wood but it's harder to come by.

@jaynik  ....I found Walkerswood at Cost Plus / World Market, if you have one nearby, I think it's a standard item there....

@1buckie thanks.  We don't have those stores around here.  There are a few international markets, each within about an hour of me but none closer.  Occasionally I make the trip, but I'm too lazy to do it regularly.  Grace is decent, so I'll keep chugging with that.  :-)

I'll take a plate of that. Not the biggest fan of a Simpson kettle, but that's got a nice yellow to it. Very nice all around man!
