Hey, I don't know if any of your subscribe to the Weber mailing list for weekly recipes, but this one came last week and I gave it a try.
I followed it to a "t" and it was really good.
Spicy Marinated Leg of Lamb with Tomato Cucumber Salad

Sorry...no plated pics, but it was really good and I'll make it again sometime. When you look at the marinade recipe, it calls for a full teaspoon of ground Cayenne pepper. It wasn't too hot or overpowering at all.

Perfect. Local grocer had leg of lamb for 3 bucks per pound.

Sounds great! Lamb is one of my favorites.
I understand the difficulty getting pictures some times. Yesterday I grilled portobello mushrooms, asparagus and zucchini and never thought of getting a picture.
