First time doing a whole chicken!
So far it smells amazing! I have a chunk of pecan on top the coals. Pictures if all goes well.

Haven't cut it yet. I injected it with some Cajun injector about an hour before I put it on the kettle. Can't wait to taste it but first got to take care of the lawn before football and eating!

I like to cook them trussed and rubbed with fresh herbs and butter. I tried spatchcock once and it was pretty much a failed attempt. I'll try it again but I find it's easier to tie the little guy up and toss him on the grill. Way to go!
