Birthday dinner on the Glen Blue
« on: September 09, 2016, 08:18:45 PM »
The lovely wife's birthday was yesterday, and she requested steak and lobster...so I got some lobster tails from Costco, along with a reverse-seared tomahawk ribeye, inspired by @Travis.  I'm not a huge fan of lobster, but the lovely wife loved it...I loved the ribeye, and it was served with mashed sweet potatoes, with ice cream for dessert.  Good times.

What a great bday dinner! Cooked properly on that beautiful blue. "Tiffany", right? The grills name.
Happy birthday to your bride!

@Travis, Tiffany is correct.  She's the special occasion grill.  The next time she'll be used is Christmas.  Thanks for the comments guys!

Great looking cool and cooker, but can we talk about the elephant in the room?

Everything is A1 except A1 sauce.  All my favorites- food and the kettle.  Love other kettles too.

I am sorry about the A1 sauce...I assure you, I had some without.  My favorite steak sauce is homemade chimichurri, but I was lazy on Friday night.
