Hello WKC members some may remember seeing this but just thought I'd post it in the Mod Month September 2016!

This One Touch Platinum Dual started out with two "One-Touch Platinum" grills with broken tables and the lids that needed work. I used the top of a chain link fence and bent it to make the make the frame then cut the cross sections for support. I do not weld so needed to have that done by a pro.

The countertop was made with granite, what I did was cut a template and brought it to a place to have the granite countertop made I also cut a template for the shelve. I also needed a place to hold my beer! So a stainless steel pot was used and a hole cut into the granite

I used stainless steel washers, bolts, and acorn nuts on every part I could. I also upgraded EVERY part I could with new parts.

Paint 4 Cans of Rust-Oleum Self-Etching Primer ,4 cans of Rust-Oleum Engine Enamel, Gloss Black, and 3 Rust-Oleum Crystal Clear Spray Paint.

So this is the short story.

Sorry... I'm Irish we really cannot tell a short story :).

For the full story and how this grill was born please click on the link below and type (my custom one touch platinum dual) after the pictures for a lot more pictures  ;)
