Hey, looks great man! How did you cook them? Direct heat? I'm interested if you had much flare up with that. I've only done them with indirect low heat. Yours look good!

Direct heat. Spread a full chimney of coals equal throughout. About 10 minutes a side. Lots of flare during the flip, which was acceptable. Full open on bottom vent. 1/2 open on top vent.

Lost a lot of cheese because of bubbling out, gotta wrap tighter next time, or ends better, I suppose.

Look damn good. Try indirect next time. You can pack tight, with no flip needed. This is an old pic, but you get the idea.

Don't get as much time to spend on WKC as usual, but I'll clock in for 'Turds (Atomic Buffalo Turds)

A little char never hurt anything....I like some....

Here's a few wrapping ideas, if you'd like ~~>

Usually indirect helps, but some sear/ char adds flavor....these five were right over the firebrick, but still edible !!!

"If you want it fancy there is BBQ spray paint at home depot for that. "
    Covered, damper-controlled cooking.....IF YOU PLEASE !!!

Awesome. Thanks for the advice guys....  My weber is relatively new to me. Still working out kinks. Was a smoker first. If I run half chimneys it turns out too cold, full too hot. Still playing with the setups and learning it's unsubtles. Will try indirect with full chimney next time. And gonna check out that link right nowo. Thank yous.
