Used a Fierstone DBA to cook the brats, some onion and a sliced horn pepper. Mixed the leftover beer with some sharp cheddar and cream cheese, to make a cheese sauce. Used the onions and peppers as a relish.

For the pineapple, I marinated fresh pineapple in bourbon, grilled and topped with vanilla ice cream and salted caramel.

Great lookin cook. I don't think I've seen Firestone dba before. Looked it up. Ale, correct? I normally use a dark stout or lager for brats. Have to give it a whirl.

It's an ale. Little on the hoppy side for me to drink, but they were on crazy sale. Good to cook with. @Travis
