Smoked Mac 'n' Cheese

Just going on ….




Coming off after 1 hour on the Performer at 350° ….











Used apple wood for smoke. 
Been wanting to try this for a very long time …. Finally got it done. 
Really not sure what took me so long, as it's easy and absolutely delicious !!
