I was getting bored with Spatchcocked chicken so I decided to do a Beer Can Chicken. Half a bottle of Corona, Rosemary and Oregano in the can. Olive Oil, Montreal Chicken Rub, 3/4 chimney of Stubbs Charcoal and two little pieces of Live Oak wood. All vents wide open, no gadgets involved, just the cheap charcoal screen from my PizzaQue.  1 1/4 hours later we ready to eat.

You should try this trim down the pineapple and season it like it was the chicken so moist and tasty used the pineapple trimming to make a glaze for the chicken just use the pineapple as the stand works awesome
