Fajita night!

I usually make fajitas with skirt, but the butcher had some nice prime flank steak, so I went with that instead. Marinated with olive oil, lime juice and a Carne Asada seasoning I bought in the "Latin foods" section. No pics of the meat on, but the  looked good finished!


Onions and peppers in the grill basket

Ate them too fast to take any more pictures!
