Dinner tonight done on the Gen 3 performer with a roti. Hands down best investment I've made for grilling so far. Also fired the black mbh for some mashed potatoes. Didn't get any after shots of them. I just thought it was cool to do them in the Dutch oven on a grill.

If anyone is interested in the recipe for this and would like to try it, you will not be disappointed.

You nailed it bro! I stuffed a tenderloin awhile back. Good stuff indeed. Gotta keep the motha-in-law away when I cook it.

Nice cook.  I think the Roti is one of two accessories that every kettle needs.  The other is the Santa Maria attachment.  Both are gamechangers.

So, the recipe...? Especially, how much Summer Shandy is required.

Ha! Well, it's about a 40 minute cook, but it was really muggy out too, and slaving away over that hot stove so about 3 beers. Yeah, "slaving away", that makes it sound better!

Thanks for the comments, fella's!

I know , right! I don't know what wrong with this thing. When I flip it open and ask the operator to call someone, I get a bunch of static!
