The weekend is upon us!!!  8)

What is everyone cookin' this weekend?

I have too many functions to "Q" this weekend... :(

Would love to hear what everyone is Grillin'!!!  :)

Lets just say I have acquired a few Kettles.  Big and small.   Vintage and New...  Some say I have a problem.  I find the Kettle, buy the Kettle, USE the Kettle...No problem...

Unfortunately, I'm working graveyard shift this weekend. Just finished my first one. That won't stop the grilling though, going home and prepping bbq meatloaf for tonight's dinner for me and my girls and also picked up some boneless skinless chicken breast for tomorrow night. Gonna flip through the weber book and find something to do with them.

Friday night steaks, Saturday night jerk chicken quarters, Sunday trying something new and doing a mojo-marinated picnic shoulder pulled pork style into Cubano sandwiches.
