They're on the pricey side, but sometimes you can get miniature whole red or yellow potatoes - those grill up like little charred gems!

Simple is always great!  Nice looking ribs.


I'm thinking next time I'll give them another hour and let them really overcook, then pull the meat apart into rib meat sandwiches or something.

No kidding, but, this is exactly what I do with spares cut St.Louis style.  The meat on that piece is delicious.

Goes to show that you can cook using skills and know how without gimmicky gadgets.  Great cook!
