AKA Turkish meatloaf on a stick
Ground pork and lamb with panko breadrumbs, garlic, pepper, basil and thyme. Served with garlic & tahini white sauce.
No more difficult than burgers and way more fun for a run-of-the-mill weeknight dinner.
