2016 Independence Weekend

So finally got up north to my place in Friendship, WI.!  Had a friends come in from Minnesota, Illinois, and Wisconsin. Had a great time and some yummy food!

It all started out on Friday where I met my buddy Phil and his girlfriend for drinks at this little bar and discussed what we where cooking on Saturday. I told him not much just some abt’s, shrimp, arrachera, corn, maybe a few other items… His girlfriend looked at me and said “That’s not much?” LOL

Saturday got so busy cooking forgot to take pictures! Damn it!

Sunday not the same got everything…

Friday’s trip saw this sunset and had to stop the car and take a picture

With my AC in our house we really did not want to turn on the oven to bake so my wife used the gasser and did cupcakes on the Silver B


Well after all that I though it a good idea to line up the cars and take a picture of the cars and corresponding grills with similar colors...

Then after about 6 more drinks I though the gray grill may pass as a dirty white grill...LOL

Although its a gray grill I think it still looks cool

*** Side note:
Do all of you have this problem? When all the food is out and you want to take a picture of the full spread that's when everyone wants to grab for food, or is it just me? Ah hell its Probably all of us!

Thanks @Travis Had a great time at night they did fireworks by the lake and we just sat on my back deck and watched for about 1hr or so... my tax dollars at work. LOL

Yeah, I get that. But you have an "If you build it..." class of space out there. Gorgeous.

@Jon forgot to mention... When I mow the maze into the back I do not put a exit. Keeps the kid busy. Lol
