G'day all hope all is well. When firing up using the minion method how many coals would u use initially in your chimney

depending but between 8-12 for me, on a 4 x 3 snake in my ranch i used 16
Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill
