Dang that kettle is in great condition!!!!!  Nice job so far.

I had to totally destroy the old nylon handle to get the stripped screw out, good thing I wanted wooden

@Antisven84 -  It looks like you had something cooking that was smelling so good you tried to take a bite of the handle since you didn't want to peek until it was done!!!

Too bad you couldn't have drilled out the stripped screw.  I have had to do that once.
Was able to save the handle, but I ended up going with wood, anyway.  Looks far better.

There was no immediate at I was keeping the old handle
