Pork steaks from costco

Cooked some pork steaks that i got a costco these things were huge, any way i cooked these 275 indirect for 3 1/2 hrs. and put bbq sauce on the last 1/2 hr. also i picked up this bbq rub and bbq sauce and they ware excellent, i will be ordering some more, as you can see from the first picture that i took without sauce that it had a great color. forgot to take plated picture.

That is my go-to !

That's Malcolm Reed's BBQ team and product.
I'm doing his Memphis Ribs right now as I type.
Have not tried his sauce.

People love those ribs, Memphis style.
Malcolm has an 11 minute video on Memphis Ribs that everyone should watch and try.

I have a rub recipe that is similar to Killer Hogs The BBQ Rub if anyone wants to try it.

Try the sauce, yes i seen the video of him doing the ribs without sauce, i'm going to try that next time i do ribs.

Yep, it's easy.
Just run 225°-250°, mop once per hour and you are golden !

A friend tried it yesterday on his Traeger turned to "smoke" which is about 150°......fail.
