Wow, that Mangal is probably the coolest accessory I've seen

It's like having a Weber Sword (5x)

This is the only cook I've done (a few times) that isn't chunks of meat and/or veg.  I tend to do simple with it, chunks of meat ala Brazilian steakhouse.
