Made Another Side-Table

I wanted a nice side-table for the MasterTouch.
The new style M/Ts are also a good 4" higher than a standard 22" kettle

I decided to use the curve dimensions from one of these Weber tables.
It is 22" deep, but only about 15" long.  Works great with my 18" OTG.

Some "thank yous" go out to:

My next-door neighbour for supplying the wood, plus assisting me with this project.

@zavod44 for supplying the wooden Weber plaque.  Looks amazing!

And, @Uncle Al for supplying the custom whitewall.

It measures 32" long.  I think they complement each other nicely.   :D 8)

WOW!  That is fantastic!  The wood is really interesting - what kind is it?  I really like it.  Did you make the aluminum brackets or were they recycled form an old stock table?

Travis

What's the top made from. Diggin that grain pattern and the Weber logo. Nice touch, with the ivory

Very nice!  You have become a real wood craftsman and a designer.  It looks factory if there was one like it built by Weber.

MacEggs

Thanks for the compliments, guys!

@Uncle Al , @Travis , I honestly don't know what the wood is.  It's a composite of some sort.
My next-door neighbour got two sheets (3' X 6') of it and gave me one.  Been in my garage for a number of years.  It looks amazing in person.

I hand-made the brackets out of sheet metal based on the brackets for the Weber table pictured above.

Very nice table. That wood is very cool. Can we get a shot of the leg brackets?

No bracket for the leg.  I used a 1" wood drill bit and drilled a hole about 1.5" deep.  Then jam the leg into it.  Nice and snug.

Nice job.  A table like that will be very useful.

Great job on the table! That's a really interesting piece of plywood.

@glend123 , Finish was tung oil, then a couple three coats of spar urethane satin finish.
