Backstory-the family took a trip for spring break to Gatlinburg, TN. While there I happened upon a joint called Bennett's BBQ. They have a Beef & Brisket burger that is out of this world. Simply stated, they chop smoked brisket and add to their beef before grilling.

Decided to do my own take on this with some "leftover" smoked pork butt.

Quick ingredients list:

3lb ground chuck 80/20
1lb chopped smoked pork butt
1Tbs your favorite rub
1Tbs Worcestershire sauce

Mix them, pat them, chill them.

Grill to desired doneness.

Well, was going to add pics, but tapatalk is being difficult. Will add later.

In short, burgers were fantastic.

I've got some leftover pulled pork in the fridge. Consider this idea stolen.
Still need a 22" yellow

Hope you enjoy as much as I have. Literally washing the last bite of these burgers down as I type. Still amazingly juicy.

Wow! Those look great! Wouldn't even need a bun. I'd just eat them like cookies!
