First pork/beef fatty

Finally got around to making a fatty. Ended up using a 50/50 blend of pork and beef seasoned with Memphis dust. Stuffed it with peppers, onions and cheese. It turned out pretty good but always room for improvement. The bacon weave looked terrible but still held together. Need to use a better quality and little thicker cut of bacon. Also more seasoning. It was lacking a little in flavor. Looking forward to making another one.

"Held together" is one of the most important attibutes of a bacon weave, so - Looks Good! Sounds like a good combination.

Looks tasty to me! Sometimes taste is more important than looks.
