Fathers Day Menus ?
« on: June 16, 2016, 06:58:08 AM »
Are you cooking for yourself or that special father in your life ? What's on the menu.

I'm thinking about salmon or beef ribs but that could change once I hit the store and see what's available

It'll just be my girls and me so I'll probably cook up some bbq pork steaks with baked potatoes and c/i brocolli. Are you gonna fire up that ivory, Eurocanadahawk?

My wife asked if I would do pulled pork to take to the inlaws for Sunday. I said it would take me all day Saturday and we couldn't go to the lake. She said, and I quote, "Never mind."

I'm pretty sure we will be having tri-tip, shrimp, potatoes of some sort and corn on the cob. Prosciutto wrapped asparagus will most likely be part of the menu as well.

I'll be cooking for my father in law. He loves burgers so I'll be doing burgers on my Weber for the first time.

My Father's Day menu didn't involve a kettle.
