Picked up some nice swordfish steaks the other day,  looking for ideas.  I have wood  planks if I need them.  Thanks Don
Too many grills and too little time! Looking for a  BLUE GENESIS GASSER! Will pay a bounty!

KISS. Salt, pepper, EVOO and lemon. Swordfish is a very meaty fish. I probably wouldn't plank.
Still need a 22" yellow

Put them on the grill direct.  I don't know the temps, but it might cook similar to blue marlin.  Here is a thread of mine that's exactly 2 years old.

Q: How do you know something is bull$h!t?
A: When you are not allowed to question it.

Don't walk away to long as Swordfish cooks fast, 6-10 minutes depending on thickness.  Make sure you oil your grates to prevent sticking also.  As Dude said keep it simple but you may want to add some squeezed lemon.  I have even cubed it and done kabobs.

Here is a recipe I've used several times.  Simple and tasty but I always use extra margarine for basting because the recipe doesn't call for enough IMO.

Like @G19 said, don't walk away.
