« on: June 10, 2016, 06:10:06 PM »
G'day,

I'm want to smoke some pork I have in my GA and I'm interested in finding out how you guys set your GA for this. I was thinking some briquettes to one side. What do you guys think?

You can smoke decently well on a CGA- It doesn't have good airflow for high heat, but the low airflow control is great! What are you trying to cook, exactly? I think you'd be ok lighting a few coal over a pile of unlit on one wide and with your meat on the other for a cook that's only a few hours. They key here is to keep the meat as far as possible from the fire. Search for "Phubar CGA" on google image search and you'll see a bunch of creative cooks on a cga.
