Did a salmon fillet recently on the Rotisserie.  Turned out pretty tasty.

Marinated under a vacuum.

Chunk of alder from the yard

It was a little less moist than I like.  Next time I will marinate it less or cook to a lower temp.

Never thought of that! Cool

Damn that looks great! My wife even grabbed the iPad out of my hand and was like ooh, what's that!
Where did you get that basket from?

There's nothing special about the Roti Basket.  I think they are pretty available.  Mine is chrome plated steel.  It works fine with a blast of Pam.  I've had it for many years.  it is probably this one.

There are also non-stick and stainless out there.

They do come sized for 1/2" or 5/16" spits.  I use one for a 1/2" spit on my 5/16" spit.  I did need to get longer thumb screws for it.

Most of these the spit is inside the basket.  It would be nice if there was one where the spit is outside of the basket.  I know this would dork the center of gravity a little more, but for something flat like fish, it would be nice if the spit was outside of the basket.

Also, that teriyaki sauce is excellent.  It seems a step above others I've tried.  Hands down it is my favorite on Salmon.  It's good on chix and beef too.  Next time, I won't marinate it for a long time.  I think that dried it out too much.

I just saw that Weber sells a basket in Europe, I don't see it available in the US.
