Looks like everything is in great shape.  No rust,  no rim rash.  The gas assist was never hooked up so he's got to figure that out.  Also there's no ash pan.   It's a DO code 2005. Will any ash pan fit it? Anyone have a part number I can look for him?

OK. Nope, the older style twist on ash pan is different from the newest squeeze handle. On the old style twist on, the prongs are at 10 & 2 on a clock face. The new squeeze ones are at 9 & 3.

He got it for free from a guy that was wheeling it out on the street!  So last night I was telling him We got to find him an ash pan and it'll be complete and he tells me that he might just look for a galvanized ash can and place it underneath.

In my mind I was thinking "How could you disrespect this Performer like that?"  I need to find him a proper ash pan or it'll drive me nuts every time I go over to his house.
