Boy wanted steak for dinner

New york strip seasoned with Tatonka Dust, spinach, tomato, and mozzarella and bacon cheddar twice baked potatoes, and firecracker corn. Steaks were started at lunch in the Sous vide, 130 for 5 hours, then patted dry, seasoned and seared over the vortex once potatoes and corn was done.

Geez man, that looks awesome! I love how that SV works and you get the perfect color (pink) on the steaks. I'm totally ripping off the twice baked taters. Delicious!

Wow. Amazing pic of the steak. That is a textbook color for how a steak should look coming off the grill, IMO. The corn and taters look great as well. Now I'm hungry.

Yes Tatonka is my go to for steaks! Been on vacation for a week and had 4 steaks and really missing the dust!
