If you open the bottom cabinet, there should be a sticker on the inside (probably on the tank side) that will give you all the specs.... model name, model number, weight, btu's etc...

Yep. Looks like an E-310 from between 2007 - 2010. If you are looking at buying it, check the lower frame/cabinet very carefully for rust, to the point of carefully laying the grill down on it's back and looking at the underside of the cabinet. Just a tip, but lift the lid and pull the guts out first
