On Friday afternoon I received a text from one of our friends, with a picture, "Is this a good one?"(ones that understand) My instant reply was "YES"!
She made the purchase. I was able to pick up that night after work. This grill belonged to an elderly couple. They sold there house and the new owners
inherited it. They stored for a couple years and didn't want it taking up space, as they had their gasser that they liked.

Arrival Friday Night.

I knew it would be an easy clean. I was booked to work a side job with the BIL on Saturday, so cleaning postponed.
Was up early Sunday. Being it was Mothers Day, I had a honey do list of some spring projects. I was able on and off to
do some cleaning between projects. I believe this to be be 1968 first run of this color, but @Craig the historian can
more accurately determine.

And the Money shot ;)

Thanks for looking!

Cleaned up nice. Looks grate. What a unique fade line: high & narrow. Congrats!!!
Obviously looking for a Glen Blue (who isn't?😂).

Looking for anything Happy Cooker, including any re-branded as Montgomery Ward.  I've amassed a nice collection, but I'm missing a few still.  Let me know if you can help a fella out🤞

Nice find and restoration.  The high, narrow, darker fade looks like a halo.

Wow!  That is a beauty.  Love the Avocado!  That's the most unique fade I've seen on a Cado...thin and high.  Very nice!

That looks fantastic Greg! Excellent job on the clean up.
This is the original Weber kettle. The most powerful bbq grill in the world and can blow your taste-buds clean off! So, you have to ask yourself one question: "Do you feel hungry? Well, do you punk?"

Great features find and excellent clean up!
I noticed the high and tight ring too, amazing how each of these are unique
